Can I get the same scrub in a different color?
if the scrubs are made in the color that you want (and are available to order), we are happy to order them for you
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes—during the checkout, choose what item you want to swap out for a different size and choose “exchange” and let us know what size (or if you need it in a petite or tall instead). We will confirm that the sizes are available and will send you the sizes you need.
Can I order any additional items that I like?
Contact us with the items you would like to order, and all additional orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.
Can I get items embroidered?
There are two ways to have a top embroidered; 1) Return the top(s) that fit in the original box with the comments that you would like them to be embroidered. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. Embroidery is $10/setup. 2) When you receive your notification about your upcoming order, place your embroidery/scrub re-order (from previous box order) at that time. Embroidered scrubs will be included with your box of scrubs and accessories.
Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
Yes. We understand that there are times you may need scrubs more often than others; a new job, employers changing colors, or your closet getting full. Change your settings in your profile within 72 hours of your scheduled renewal date if you need them more frequently or if you need to slow down the boxes.
What brands and styles will I receive in my box?
Your box will contain the most current name brands that are recognized nationally; Grey’s Anatomy, Jockey, Carhartt, Vera Bradley, WonderWink, and many more.
Can I request brands that I see online in my box?
No. Many brands identify as selling exclusively online; however, we have included their product in our “fit matrix” if you list them as a favorite fit so we can send you items that will fit like their product. Only the brands you see on the 4luvofscrubs website are available for request.
I removed the tags because they were itchy; can I send you a picture of the scrubs instead?
We actually need the style number for the scrubs to match you to the best styles for you. There are so many similar scrub tops and pants that we wouldn’t want to base our formula for you on a best guess.

Can I use a pre-paid card? (this is until form is complete)
Unfortunately, one thing we can’t accept are prepaid cards through our site—unless the box is paid in full prior to shipment, and then we’ll ultimately refund anything that our customers choose to return. If you are okay with us processing the payment prior to shipment, we’ll tell you how much the box will before shipping (with the 20% off) and then refund anything to the card that you choose to return. We can’t determine which cards are pre-paid vs not pre-paid, but because of high percentage of problems associated with prepaid cards, we’ve had to make the decision to only accept the cards once we confirm the funds for the box are available as most credit cards have a higher limit than what is shipped out in a scrub box, and anyone can purchase a $30 Visa prepaid card to receive a $200 scrub box. For front page The scrub subscription costs $30 per subscription period, which includes your shipping and styling and shopping costs. You choose your subscription frequency. Your scrub box will cost anywhere from $120-$200, and can be more or less, depending on your survey questions (brands you like, dislike, etc). You can also add accessories like jackets and undershirts. All items in the box will be priced at MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing), the lowest pricing we can actually price the scrubs. Not only are you getting the best price possible, but you can also get an additional 20% off if you keep your entire box! You’re getting a variety of the newest styles by all the name brands at the best price possible!
How do I send provide feedback on my box?
You can provide feedback multiple ways. You can login and leave feedback in the comments/feedback section on the website, or you can reply back to any of the e-mails, or you can send us a message through the chat feature on our website.
Do I get my 20% off if I need to change out sizes?
Yes, you will still get your discount if you need to change out a couple items.
What happens if I didn’t get an e-mail after signing up?
If you sign up—and were charged the $30 subscription fee—but did not receive an e-mail, please e-mail us immediately as we are unaware when customers do not receive e-mails. We will text you/call you to verify your order and any questions if do not receive an e-mail from us. However, PLEASE check your spam folders as they have sadly been notorious for stopping many of our messages and click “add safe sender”.
Can I request a certain brand/color be added to my box?
Yes! Depending on availability. Some companies sell exclusively online, and often some brands have inventory/stock issues. However, we will do our best to include a particular pair in your box if there is something you absolutely love and want.
How long does it take to receive my box?
All orders placed by our customers must be ordered through a scrub company (we don’t stock the 100,000+ ever changing fashion items in warehouse somewhere). Our teams shop for each individual person, and take time to match brands, prices, colors, styles, and put individual orders together per customer. After that occurs, we place the orders with multiple scrub companies, located all across the USA. The can take 3-6 business days to get your scrubs to us, at which point we perform an inspection as well to make sure everything looks good. We combine the scrubs from the multiple companies into one box and then ship it directly to you, with a pre-paid return label inside the box.
Scrub box pricing ?
There $30 membership fee will be charged only on the months you receive your box. You will be able to pick the frequency of your boxes during the survey process. You can change your membership frequency in your profile settings. The $30 will be applied to anything you keep in your box; however, you’re not required to keep anything in the box. 4luvofscrubs will also pay for your membership box to be shipped to you and for the return shipping, too (a return label will be included inside the box for you use for any items returned to 4luvofscrubs). All scrubs are priced at MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing), meaning you won’t find them cheaper unless they are on sale. If you keep all the items in the box, you will receive 20% off the entire box.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
We plan to offer gift cards in the very near future, and we will update this section when available.
What happens if one of the items I receive is damaged?
If we’ve missed an issue with an item, we sincerely apologize and will do everything to make it right. There are often times when scrubs are also mis-sized, meaning that the sizes don’t match the sizes on the tags. Please login to your account, and send us a photo of the damaged item. Shipping on exchanges will be free, and we will look to replace it with it with an undamaged item.
Can I request items be delivered on specific dates?
Yes. We’ll notify you about upcoming shipments so you can add details to your upcoming box (accessories, additional feedback about previous scrub fits, etc) and if you know that you are going to be traveling or would like to have the scrubs delivered on a Friday to have them to wear on a for work on Monday, that is an option.
